Gordon was a treat to deal with. Compared to more commercial rivals he was quicker to deal with. Living in Billericay I was able to visit this very personable bloke who ,with his obvious knowledge and passion for clocks, filled me with confidence. Perfect repair at very competitive price. I can recommend him with no caveats whatsoever.

After reading the reviews of Horologica we gave Gordon a call regarding a problem with our wall clock. We spent a while discussing the problem on the phone and he seemed to know straight away what needed doing. He took great pains to explain the different options and cost involved and we were happy to leave the clock in his safe hands. Gordon kept us informed of progress. He's a man who takes great pride in his work and we would recommend him 100 per cent. Our clock is now ticking away keeping perfect time.

"Barometer Repair"

Gordon repaired a barometer which I inherited from my parents. It had probably not worked for many years, apparently due to a poor repair in the past, which Gordon identified and fixed. A pleasure to deal with such an honest and skilled individual, a pleasant change from the current normal "customer service".!

"Excellent experience"

We had a great experience at Horologica. Our clock wasn't working, Gordon was quick to reply to my messages and managed to fix it on the same day I dropped it off.
Had estimated from £50 but after looking at it turns out the battery had leaked and just needed a good clean up so only charged us £20.
Thought this was so good of him so will definitely recommend and be back with any other clocks we have.
