Price offered upon evaluation was $7 but they emailed same day as it arrived to them and asked if I wanted it shipped back free of charge or to accept the new rate - which was still well above competitors and stores such as Target or Amazon. Highly recommend for their rapid and clear communication. Free shipping both ways even if you don’t use their service makes this a no brainer.
