I purchased the WM Doll named Indigo, and I’ve got to say, she’s been a great companion. After long workdays, it feels like I’m coming home to someone who makes me feel less lonely. The details on Indigo are fantastic, and she’s exactly what I needed in my life. YourDoll handled everything professionally, from order to delivery. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something more than just a doll!

"Small defect in the skin, but finally made it right"

My doll arrived with a small imperfection on the skin, which I hadn’t expected. I reached out to YourDoll, and after sending a few photos, they offered a fix kit to repair it. Since the defect was minor, the doll still looked amazing. I appreciated how transparent and helpful the customer service was throughout the process. Despite the small issue, the doll is still fantastic and exactly what I wanted.

"Beautiful doll & quick service response"

I ordered a doll with black hair, but it arrived with brown hair instead. I was a bit disappointed at first, but I reached out to YourDoll, and Dora immediately handled the issue. They sent me a replacement wig in the correct color, and now my doll looks exactly as I imagined. The fast response and attention to detail really impressed me, and I appreciate how quickly they fixed the mistake. The doll itself is beautiful and high-quality.

"Damaged Packaging..."

The outer box arrived damaged, which had me worried, but thankfully, the doll inside was in perfect condition. YourDoll clearly put a lot of care into the packaging to keep the doll safe. Dora was quick to respond when I reached out about the damage, and she even checked on the delivery progress for me. The doll itself is fantastic—beautiful and lifelike. Despite the scare with the packaging, I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase!

"Makeup Didn’t Match, But Fixed After Communicating with Dora"

When I first received factory photo of my doll, I wasn’t thrilled with the makeup—it didn’t match the pictures on the website. I contacted Dora at YourDoll, and she was amazing! She worked with the factory to adjust the makeup, and within a week, they made the changes and showed me again. Now, the doll looks perfect, just like the promo pictures. I really appreciate how they handled this issue, and I’m very satisfied with the final result.

"Delivery Delays, but Great Customer Service"

as eagerly awaiting my doll’s arrival, but the delivery process ended up being more complicated than expected. The tracking initially showed that my package was ""out for delivery,"" but after waiting the whole day, no one showed up. When I contacted the shipping company, they mentioned the delivery was delayed due to an issue with the driver. The next day, the package was supposedly delivered—but to the wrong address!
I immediately called the shipping company, but they couldn’t confirm the exact location. That’s when I reached out to YourDoll, and Dora was an absolute lifesaver. She got in touch with the courier, sorted everything out, and had the driver retrieve the package and deliver it correctly a few days later. When it finally arrived, I spoke with the driver directly, and he apologized for the mix-up.
Despite the delivery hassle, once the doll was in my hands, it was all worth it. The quality exceeded my expectations, and Dora’s consistent support made the experience much better than it could have been. In the end, I’m extremely happy with my purchase—thanks to YourDoll’s incredible customer service.

The only thing I didn't expect was how strong the scent was when I first unpacked the doll, but Mia at Yourdoll provided me wonderful advice on how to cope with it, and it's already diminishing.
