Ich habe mir 2 Paar Schuhe bestellt. Dabei wurde mir nicht gesagt, dass die Ware aus der Türkei nach Österreich geliefert wird und ICH ALS KUNDE die Zollkosten übernehmen muss!!
Ich habe nun 60€ Zollkosten zahlen müssen, obwohl dies nie bei der Bestellung angezeigt wurde!

Ich habe Basoles per Email und via Kontaktformular kontaktiert, jedoch bekam ich nie eine Antwort.

The shoes didnt fit and didnt like the shoes. Tried sending it back but they started coming with ridiculous return prices just so i changed my mind. Never buying from them again, ever!
