After 34 years of wear, my treasured wedding ring became too tight and I had to take it off or lose the ring and probably my finger too. I lost my husband to cancer in 2008 so my wedding ring was the most cherished thing I had left of him so I was gutted to have to replace it. Found this company by accident online and soo glad I did. Ordered a new ring and though it took 3 weeks to be delivered it was so worth the wait! When I called for delivery update, Simon had it sent out special delivery the next day. The customer service of this company is phenomenal, I would recommend to everyone especially Simon, what a great guy. My new wedding ring is absolutely perfect and beautiful , I feel whole again. My thanks to Simon who made beautiful replacement wedding rings for my husband and myself, we've been married for 45 years but ringless for the last twenty. Simon attempted to get the rings to me for Xmas but I had left my order late and he was very busy. He kept me updated throughout by phone, apologised and said he would chase the order as soon as they re-opened on 4th January. Well what can I say about this company, we found it randomly on the internet, I didn’t give them a lot of time to get our rings ready, Simon and his daughter are just on the end of the phone and are so assessable as I had many of conversations, Simon you was truly amazing even when you got stuck in Paris you rang me and made everything ok….the quality and pricing I know you couldn’t be beat as I did my research. would recommend 100%
