So very grateful. I was in a very foggy state of mind before. But from my consultation I could feel the difference, I could sense these guys understood my state of mind and had a plan of action to help me understand my feelings.
Now I’m in a much better place because I am now able to understand and differentiate between emotions and feelings.
I feel in control and not overwhelmed.
