We are small independent automotive business in Scottish Borders and have been with Commercial Water Solutions since 2016 and I have always found them excellent.
Their rates are consistently lower than any other competitors and their clear pricing and bill itemisation make it very easy to see how they compare against other quotes. I was pleased to be able to inform a cold caller that his prices were significantly higher on every element of the quote than the rate we are currently on with CWS and he admitted that he couldn't compete.
I find the customer service and communication very good and staff are very pleasant and knowledgable, and would highly recommend this business.
