Everything is well organized. The teachers are very prepared and always welcome to reply to all the possible questions.The food is various and delicious. The rooms are cleaned almost every day.The manager is always present and available to help.

"Highly recommended yogaschool "

Doing my 200hr YTTC at Yogkulam Rishikesh was the best decision I could have made. I was looking for years for the right program and yogaschool and have absolutely found it with Yogkulam. The program is well structured and offers profound knowledge of what yoga is really about - way beyond just the asanas. I enjoyed every class so much! All of the teachers were highly professional and very passionate about their teaching. The accommodation was very comfortable and every room even had its own bathroom. It is located in the foothills of the Himalayas, so it is very peaceful, yet there are many nice cafés, restaurants and shops in walking distance. The food was delicious, the excursions very fun and well organised. To round your experience up, you will meet Indu and Manraj of the management team, who couldn't have been kinder and more helpful! Always up for a nice chat as well, they will make you feel at home right away. I highly recommend this yogaschool to everyone!!

"My experience of 200hrs TTL Yogkulam "

I very much appreciated the teachers, their teaching styles and methods in Ayurveda, Pranayama, Philosophy and Meditation. A great balance of engagement, content, interactive with All students. The management team Indu and Coordinator Manraj were exceptional with dealing with the individual needs of all students in a timely manner. The only reason I have given a 4 is, I felt 2 of the asana teacher’s appeared more comfortable teaching, guiding students closer to their own age group and with students with a more advanced practice. At times a felt I was not receiving much input in the asana classes. However Jitu was exceptional and mindful of offering equal input to all students throughout the training.

I am so happy I made the choice to do YTT at Yogkulam Rishikesh. From the moment I arrived I felt really welcome and taken care of. The room was very comfortable and cleaned often (as was the rest if the building). I have a wheat intolerance, which was taken care of well during every single meal. Such a treat to always have a gluten free meal waiting for me. I though all teachers in the program were really professional and knowledgeable. I enjoyed learning and experiencing so many new things. Special thanks to hotel manager Indu, who took great care of us all. Always with a warm smile and some time for a chat. I met the greatest people at the school and enjoyed myself so very much. Would do it all again in a heartbeat.

"YogKulam - A Yogi sanctuary"

YogKulam was a beautiful experience. The teachers were all really amazing, and each of them brought something completely different but always the teachings went back to traditional Hatha yoga, which is what I was looking for and why I chose this school in Rishikesh. The rooms were comfortable. In January it is cold so not much could be done about the weather but the school provided heaters and blankets. The food was really good, all homemade and fresh ingredients every day and lots of variety. The school is surrounded by the Himalayas and a short walk to Mother Ganga. There are many cows and friendly stray dogs around the area and it has a real authentic Indian feel with local cafes where you can get Masala chai and many Ayurvedic stores close by. We moved after a week to the new school because of heavy construction and the staff were incredible. They moved everything from one side of the river to the other in one day and made sure we were accommodated for. I am very grateful to all of the teachers who made this experience worthwhile. The extra add on Ayurveda certification was completely worth it, and was one of my favourite classes. I hope to return again next year for my 300 hr ytt. Would highly recommend this school and India has a special place in my heart forever.

I had a great experience with Yogkulam for my 300-hour certificate in November 2023. Everyone at the school was very welcoming and friendly, I truly felt at home during my stay there. The teachers are very knowledgeable and both the practical and theory classes were highly beneficial. There was so much to learn, and still so much to learn! Thank you for this wonderful journey, I learnt a lot about myself and truly loved my time in Rishikesh.
