"Good machine terrible service"

No communication from the company. Order not acknowledged. Only 3-4 day delivery in Shop app.
Emailed several times and tried to call. Calls never answered. 2 weeks after order had email saying they were behind and would deliver shortly. Still have not received the oil filter that was meant to come with the machine.

I rang the company to discuss my current situation. My existing vacuum pump was 12 years old. I got honest advice and prompt service. Delivery two days later and a real human at the other end of the phone!!
