"Mental Health First Aid course - superb"
The Mental Health First Aid course with Rebecca was really brilliant. She is a superb instructor who has the presence and awareness to make you feel comfortable when discussing the topics. The course structure and materials were very comprehensive and they have given me the knowledge and skills to help deliver mental health first aid in a crisis. I now realise there should be a mental health first aider in all businesses and all other areas of life just as there are physical ones.
I will, without a doubt, recommend this course and especially Rebecca as an instructor. I did the online version and thought the overall experience was excellent. Thank you so much for everything!

I was greeted by the smiley & warm Rebecca as the tutor when I undertook the MHFA England course online this year. What a joy! Rebecca made a potentially intimidating topic approachable. She helped us all navigate the topic gently as well as generating our confidence as we went through all the course modules. She ensured everyone on the course was safe, supported & had an opportunity to speak if they wanted to. I left the course feeling inspired & ready to put the skills I learnt into practice. I have recently taken the Mental Health First Aid course with Siendo. This was online and delivered by zoom. The introduction and breakout rooms were useful in constructing, sharing experiences and discussions. Rebecca was knowledgeable and related each topic discussed, back to our current lives and I felt at ease to ask questions and discuss sensitive topics. The size of the group was perfect for this and the breakout rooms meant I was able to get to know my fellow attendees.
The pre-course material and course material complimented the training and set you up for the next day of training. The study text is great to have as a point of reference and as a refresher, to head to when you need to confirm or look up details. Rebecca was able to deliver the course, which did cover some sensitive subjects, in a dynamic and informative way which kept my attention throughout. I would recommend this course to anyone that is working with people or children - it should really be mandatory for the workplace alongside the usual first aid training. Useful, insightful, and relevant 10/10

I've been a long-standing client of Rebecca's, in a load of different areas (goal setting, visualisation, general life coaching!), both in person and online (since Covid). I wasn't exactly sure what to expect, but I can honestly say I never would have experienced a few of the things I have during the sessions, without her. Super knowledgeable, open-minded, a wonderful listener, full of great suggestions. She's genuinely allowed me to frame my life in a way I never would have managed without her help. Also turned me on to so many fantastic books, podcasts, etc. Couldn't recommend her enough!!!

I booked onto an online Yoga Nidra session with Siendo, Rebecca was professional, friendly and very welcoming. The session itself was really great, I have not done any kind of group meditation previously and doing it online was an interesting experience. The session as a whole was very relaxing and calming and Rebecca lead the session really well. I would definitely recommend Siendo and Yoga Nidra to friends and colleagues in future!

"A mid-week reset"
I've been attending Rebecca's Yoga Nidra classes through Zoom since the beginning of September and they have changed my life. Like many people, I was nervous about whether it would "work" online, but actually it has some serious perks! I can fully relax in my own home and don't have to travel back from a venue afterwards, ruining the mood.
I feel calmer and less easily irritated since I started the weekly sessions. Having the sessions pre-booked and at a fixed time forces me to stop working and take time to reset. I'm a regular now and am encouraging everyone I know to give it a go!

"Mental Health First Aid course with Siendo"
I've always been uncomfortable when it comes to approaching the subject of mental health, for fear of upsetting people, giving bad advice and potentially making difficult situations worse.
When being able to talk about the topic became a necessity for me, I decided to attend the Mental Health First Aid course with Siendo in Didcot. I only wish I had done so sooner. It changed my perspective on what mental health is and it gave me the confidence to be able to provide better support to my friends, family and co-workers.
The classroom training was delivered over two days and was varied and interactive. It was well structured, comprehensive and professional. Rebecca is a fantastic trainer - passionate about the subject, engaging and supportive. I came away from the course feeling that I'd not just learned a great deal about mental health issues (and got a qualification too), but also practical methods and coping strategies that I can actually use to prevent or respond to a crisis.
Mental Health is an issue that I think we all need to have greater awareness of, now so more than ever, and this course has certainly made me feel more capable of identifying and responding appropriately to the subject both in my personal and professional life.
Following the success of the MHFA course I also tried out the online Yoga Nidra session with Siendo, and this has become a welcome weekly ritual for me ever since. I had little expectation going into it but I would recommend trying it out - it's a great opportunity to set aside some time for yourself to just relax, switch off and restore.
