"Great product but difficult to fit in my Epiphone LP"

Great product and quick dispatch, however the Obsidianwire harness does NOT fit all Epiphone Les Paul models (easily anyway...).

I fitted this to an Epiphone Standard Plus Top Pro from about 2015. After 5 hours of tricky work I managed to squeeze it in, the switch cavity needed to be enlarged to fit the wider switch, the main cavity needed to be enlarged in several places, including to allow the pickup and switch wires to enter the cavity and the holes for the knobs as well as needing widening were misaligned. If you are not confident with doing some quite major surgery to the woodwork of your guitar I would think twice about installing this harness.

HOWEVER it does sound AMAZING, it has completely transformed the sound of the guitar, the volume knobs are actually useable (rather than virtually no difference between 2 and 8 on the old ones) and the tone is hugely improved with way more treble and clarity. Also any future pickup changes will be a doddle with the solderless connectors.

A fully dimensions diagram of the harness and switch would be very useful to check how easily it will fit.
