Jade provided excellent customer service from the beginning - I was not sure I wanted to order initially, and she reached out to check if I was still thinking about the order I had placed in the cart and not paid for, which I was. She then made sure to contact me again after the holidaus, and the order had already been erased from the cart - she had made a note of all the sizes and posters that I had chosen and I was able to place the order of different from the usual sized posters with no hassle.
