THE PRODUCTS WERE ALL GOOD QUALITY AND VERY GOOD VALUE.
MY ONLY ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT THE DELIVERY BOOKED BETWEEN 07.00 AND 13.00 DIDN'T ARRIVE UNTIL 17.15 . I DID RECEIVE A TELEPHONE CALL TO TELL ME ID WOULD BE LATE.

I started shopping with watts last March and I was delighted with the quality of the products , their freshness and how long they stayed fresh and the delivery drivers friendly but professional approach.
I am still very pleased with the delivery service however the quality of the produce has deteriorated recently which is a great shame and I hope that with the forth coming good weather this will improve.

My first order and it was very late due to a van breakdown, however the company was very apologetic and took £20 off the order and a further 20% off my next order. Steaks were excellent in quality and taste and fruit was clean fresh and delicious sadly the coconut was bad and I was refunded straight away, quick response to emails and phone calls I will order again
