Pricing is great, but there was a significant delay is getting the license keys for some of the software that I purchased. I was almost going to contact support and open a ticket, when the keys finally arrived via email. Took a few days!

"Office 2021 Professional Plus - Excellent"

The purchase (Office 2021 Professional Plus) was very easy and the download was ready in a few minutes.

The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the download file was an ISO image file and I'm not familiar with how to handle those. I sent an email and received further instructions. I think it would be better if the install instructions automatically accompany the product receipt.

Otherwise, the service and price was outstanding.
