Gareth was really quick to respond to my email enquiry regarding a rat issue we were having and a date and time was arranged to visit. He arrived as stated, I found him knowledgeable , friendly and easy to talk to, he soon identified the source. He advised us on options and what to do with regards to deterring rats in the garden. He then returned the following three weeks and the problem has been resolved.
