"Replacement caps for trampoline"

I had a trampoline purchased by e voucher from family fund for my son last year. I rang them yesterday as this month it will be a year since purchased. So assumed it would still be under warranty. I phoned to ask about the replacement caps as 2 had broken were the netting should attach.. I've had to not let my son use it as metal is exposed on the metal poles attached. Which could cause injury. I got sent a link to purchase replacement I have but at cost of £20 for 2😲.. I think that's expensive as it was accidental not done on purpose they're flimsy so have broken.. I've been on ebay and you can purchase a pack of 10 universal caps for £9.99.. Unfortunately not for this trampoline.. I think its a rip off tbh.. So I'm writing a review incase you're thinking of purchasing from them. The make is Telstar.
I was not offered orher options for replacement caps as stated by the company.. This is the only place i could purchase the replacement caps at cost.. Yet other universal trampolines offer cheap alternatives and this make don't.

Sent a damaged item then claimed it hadn't been sent from them!! Refused to replace or refund. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Will not be dealing with this shockingly bad company again

I ordered for my daughter a bubble tube with additional sensory items suited for her disability for Christmas. I allowed ample time for the items to be delivered and its the 23rd December, no items. I have been promised delivery dates and told delivery had been attempted but this was not true. I would not use this company again and unfortunately it is now too late for me shop around.
