"Avoid at all costs"

Took nearly 6 weeks to sort out an issue with a .ie domain. Terrible communication. Ended up filing a complaint with the regulatory board of the domain in question to help get it sorted. Minimum 24 hours before you get a reply, but more often a week or more.

This company is not fit to represent domain holders as tasks and duties are not dealt with in a timely manner.

Avoid at all costs.
