So far... so good! The website, design process, and color selections were super easy to use and made the initial setup a breeze. Pricing was also fantastic so now we'll see how well they execute on the actual product!

"The approximate sizing is confusing"

The approximate sizing is confusing. The dimensions it curates to didn't make sense; and the explanation on the website didn't help. After I emailed customer service, it took a couple correspondences to get the answer I was looking for. I recommend adding a better explanation to the website +/ training staff on communicating the explanation of curating and why it takes some sizes down a couple inches and others down many more inches. My service rep Kate was patient with my questions and helped me successfully place my order based on the size of the space I had.
