I raised a WiFi access problem by email and phone. Tom was really helpful and clear in his instructions on the phone. WiFi access was restored in a few minutes. All now good.

Moved over my landline from sky to an internet phone through Wispire, they set me up with a little adapter for my existing phone, easy instructions to follow and it just plugs straight into my router.

After struggling for seven weeks with a major internet provider, almost losing my mind trying to get someone to help, we were told about WiSpire. I called at 3pm and was online within two hours, admittedly the house already had the kit but, we went from no service to full service in no time. Named person to deal with who called me, met our needs and now we’ve signed up to a 24 month plan with them! They are courteous, professional and actually delivered! Our family are massively grateful! Local is best!

We had the 30/3 Mb/s link installed in 2019. Since then we had just three service outages. One was due to me messing up the router settings. On all three occasions I called the helpdesk and they had us back up and running very quickly. Never had a problem apart from those occasions. Speeds always adequate.
We have been so pleased that we just agreed a new contract with a 50/10 Mb/s upgrade.
They may not be the cheapest nor the fastest if you can get full fibre (do you really need that speed?) but if you want excellent service and total reliability don't look elsewhere.
Highly recommended.

Absolutely appalling internet service that drops out constantly.

The company does not respond to emails and we are totally exasperated with how bad it is.

The service worked before (although very slow, but mow it constantly drops out causing major issues for home working and I am unable to watch anything live as it constantly buffers.
