"Poor support"
I started out using ClickDesk thinking it was going to be a great product, a lot of features available. However, it turns out that most features are locked for the basic account, and no trial of any sort is available for the other features.
Several times I contacted Clickdesk, only to receive support that was delayed heavily in responding to me, didn't want to help, but decided that it was better for them to tell me I would have to pay to upgrade and just do things another way.
Disappointing experience with their customer services and support, but I suppose the product itself isn't the worst once you pay for it.

"Disappointing Expeience"
ClickDesk seems like a great idea to start with. However, the product has a few odd quirks to it and the user interface seems great to begin with but then falls short on a few features.
The support and sales staff seem helpful to start with, but then it seems they aren't really that interested in being useful, just making sure they meet response times and collect your money.
Such a shame! :(
