Ordered and payed on line for handle to fit old upvc back door. Item arrived next morning. Now fitted and working. Screwfix appear to sell the same product but £10 dearer. Description of article was accurate enabling me to choose this product.

Inadequate packaging (No bubble wrap) of the items that had been ordered which resulted in the items being damaged in transit.
