So I placed a order on 5/12/2020 on 5/23/2020 I called to verify my order because I haven't received it yet. I sent a message through gmail and Facebook messager with no response. When I finally heard from you I was told that something had happened and it wasn't sent. I asked when it would be sent out I was told this week. I said this week and he just said yes this week. I liked your prices but as a first time buyer I am a little disappointed in your service

"Refund Denied AGAIN"

Hello again,
My name is Lindsay and I left a review back on 3/14 about how Fragrances & More's bank denied my refund for a product that I ordered that was sold out and never shipped to me. And I got a reply on 3/15 from someone named De Haven saying that my refund would be back in my account within 2-5 business days. It has now been 7 business days and still no refund. A couple of days ago I received another email saying that my refund was denied by their bank again. This is absolutely ridiculous and I have never in my life had an experience like this with getting a refund from a company online. And this refund is for almost $100, which I need--I'm trying to support my family and purchase items that we need while staying home and out of work during this corona outbreak. I feel like I'm being led on by your company and that you all have zero intention of refunding my money. I am very angry about this, please refund me what I am owed.
