Howard was our mortgage advisor at Craven financial and he was absolutely brilliant. He was thorough, detailed, patient, and supportive throughout the whole experience. Ours was quite a specialist mortgage, and so he went out of his way to help us navigate through the banks requirements and our documentation. We knew we could ask him questions about any aspect and he would provide a response really quickly.

I was given Danny’s name by Raine and Co Estate Agents in connection with a remortgage on a buy to let property. I had already been in touch with The Mortgage Works and passed their initial checks so my first conversation with Danny was that I probably wouldn’t need a mortgage broker. He offered to do some additional checks, with no obligation, and it turned out the property was one on which TMW would not lend to us. It then made sense to ask Danny to see if he could find a lender and he came up with a number of remortgage options, one of which we have now taken up. Previous experience means I don’t have much faith in those in the financial services industry. Indeed, these days it is quite unusual to find someone in any service sector that you can be confident are professional, competent, efficient and actually a nice person to work with.
