We paid over £300.00 for an SAP service and more than 4 weeks later we have received nothing. I've sent numerous emails chasing for information and still no response or acknowledgement. Very unprofessional, bordering on scammers in their operations

Alex did a great job despite being on a course, and the whole thing was turned round quickly. There was a technical glitch, but that was fixed within the original target timescale.

We required to provide a SAP assessment to support building control condition in support of an overglazing concern for an extension.Will at Focus 360 energy was very helpful in explaining what he could provide from the company he was pro active in chasing up the progress.
A SAP assessment was provided within about a week from receipt of info.
It was produced with no additional requirements for us.
Building control have confirmed this assessment clears the condition.
