Really professional, understanding and respectful. Throughout the process Andrew was very informative paying full attention to detail about the car making sure it’s spotless on collection day, which it was and we’re absolutely in love with the car! Even after days of having the car Andrew is still making sure everything’s ok with it and we really appreciate that. As I live in Portsmouth, Andy kindly took the time and initiative to make a thorough video of the car and send it to me before I travelled to collect it the following week. When I arrived, he took the time to review all the details and explain everything about the car, including all the controls and the menu systems. David went out of his way to help me, I’d never drove an automatic before and he talked me through all of the controls on the test drive and the route we took allowed me to see how it performed on different types of roads.
