"Refinancing"

I have had a pleasant experience with lendly since I received my loan late last year..I needed better understanding about refinancing because according to the Q/A section for customers after 4 full months of on time payments it states you can refinance..Ms Peggy explained to me how the process goes for refinancing and I am satisfied.I do wish however that the protocol is changed from exactly four months because it kinda gets discouraging when you are told you have other criteria that has to be met that isn’t mentioned.
