Their customer service, along with their professionalism in delivering pertinent information about their products were excellent. The background information for the products was communicated through their website with concrete examples for the customer. Furthermore, additional information was provided via a packet that was presented upon initial consultation. I was especially pleased with the fact that no one product was "pushed" upon the client. I was able to decide exactly what worked for me without being influenced. There was a high level of respect for personal property during the installation, and the result was more than what I could ask for. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for energy efficient window films.

I like supporting small businesses and this mom and pop shop is incredibly proficient at the job, but really goes out of their way on a personal/customer service level. I had to reschedule multiple times and they were able to accommodate. Plus they are a very pleasant family who were a joy to work with. I felt totally comfortable leaving them to work in my house while I was outside working on the yard. Their prices were a little steeper than I expected but it was worth it for their professionalism and care.

This team of three provided all the information and brochures I could have ever
needed in preparation for the thermal shield film install. They arrived, after calling
to verify timing, on time and with all of the tools necessary for the job. After getting started I threw in an otherwise unmentioned window that needed covering also. Not a problem. They just took it in stride and covered that one also. I expected work to take about 4 hours but it was all done within about 2 and a half hours. Area was cleaned up after finishing and left most likely cleaner than when
job was started. I could not ask for a more efficient, better coordinated team.
I was fully and completely satisfied with their work performance.

Extremely satisfied! After my Amazon “do it yourself” gone bad, I called in the professionals. From requesting a quote to scheduling and all the way to installation, everything was five-stars! I’m always a little nervous about letting strangers into my home. With that said, from the moment I met Alex and his team, I was very comfortable. They are extremely professional and trustworthy. They went above and beyond explaining every step of the process to me and took the time needed to do a meticulous job. It's hard to actually find the correct words on how pleased I am with my window tinting. The Draeger Family did an outstanding job. They were even able to complete 2 windows I didn't have in my original estimate. Being a retired combat veteran that has issues with individuals being in my home, I was totally at ease with them because how pleasant/professional/through row they were. If you are looking to get your home windows tinted, I highly recommend them. Bonus they are a small/family owed business, in which I'm a happy supporter of. You cannot go wrong. I'm looking forward to this summer to be able to experience the full spectrum of the difference.

Some jobs, though tempting to try and do yourself, should be left to the professionals. I highly recommend having Alex apply your window film. I found myself in a pickle having installed a beautiful window during our remodel only to discover from the inspector that the glass needed to be tempered. Alex understood our situation, discussed window film options to make the glass like “tempered”. Each situation is dependent on your inspector. But, Alex’s help providing specs sheets for the specific window film and his installation allowed us to pass inspection without having to buy another new window with tempered glass. His family owned and run business was professional on all levels. They take pride in their work and are very detail oriented to get to film applied perfectly. They scheduled installation in coordination with time-of-day and sunlight on window, brought their equipment to do the proper cuts and applied the film with a skill evident of decades of experience. One cannot even tell it’s there! We are very pleased with the whole experience.
