The customer service was great. Received a text and phone to follow up even though it was the end of the day. Answered all of my questions and even called me back after checking on another question I had. I am about to do my second injection so I can't speak to the efficacy of the medication yet. Fingers crossed!

I realized that it takes at least 4 weeks to adjust to the Tirzepatide medication.
I and currently in week 9 and I have lost 8 pounds, which is an average of 1 pound loss per week.
