It was a great experience! Morty reached out to me with the best mortgage and even corrected my mistakes when I thought a competitor had a better one. They were courteous and waived some unnecessary fees and were fast! Would recommend over any local lenders.

Morty gave me the best mortgage experience I've ever had - significantly better than my last experience. Even though some of their website says "first time home-buyers only" Morty is expanding their services and was able to offer me a second time mortgage. And boy am I glad they did!

After quite a bit of research, Morty came out far ahead in closing costs, rates, and friendliness. After choosing them, they also excelled at helpfulness, responsiveness, organization, and clarity. I worked with Robert Heck, Jack Edelman, and Keegan Kelln for my loan, and I couldn't recommend them more. I'd buy each of them a beer and will absolutely go to them for my next mortgage.

I was initially skittish about going with such a young company offering such a good deal (could this be real??) and my realtor was downright terrified to be trusting an online mortgage broker. BUT, we closed yesterday seamlessly and timely.

Final thought. I had two other mortgage companies offer to beat any competitor's pricing. When confronted with Morty's offer, one declined to try to match the offer... and I still haven't heard back from the other company. Morty might be new, but they are the ones to beat.
