"Ova Taxis"

I downloaded the ova app. and attempted to order a taxi for the following day. I entered the details requested including my credit card details. The app directed me to ordering the taxi at that time, I could not pre. book for the following day. Despite trying many times there was no option to pre book. I eventually gave up and rang a local taxi company, although it was slightly more expensive it was hassle free. I deleted Ova app from my web site.

Very pleasant and helpful customer service. Calls are connected quickly (short wait time) and all problems are solved effectively. I made multiple bookings and required several modifications but the process was seamless. Thank you ova cabs.
