"Fantastic evening."

Last night the band performed at the newly revamped All Saints Church in Wokingham. As always they were fantastic. The theme for the night was TV & Film and they did not disappoint us with there variety of tunes. There was music from The Incredibles, Disney Movie Magic to the Thunderbirds and Psalm 23 from The Vicar Of Dibley Plus many many more. Some rousing tunes and some soft and gentle ( in parts ) a couple of semi solos one for trumpet one for bassoon and one for a mixture of saxophone and an instrument I can not find the name of ( sorry ). All in All as I said at the beginning, a fantastic night.

Thrilling, adventurous repertoire based around the theme of flight. Enjoyed the film displayed during a very modern piece. Very high standards of playing during this hugely enjoyable concert. Evoked memories of other concerts, including "The Planets" at The Proms - however Trinity Concert Band surpassed them all.

Excellent musicians, and incredibly enjoyable evening - love seeing Trinity play and the choice of pieces is always varied and interesting. Highly recommended for anyone who loves good music!

"Still a b****y good band"

The band played really well; well rehearsed, in tune and together! Star prize to the horn section - they were amazing, not a single split all night. I would have liked more variety in the programme. A couple of quieter numbers in the 2nd half would have broken up the incessant loud numbers. Perhaps a few solo spots in future? The venue wasn't great, a little crushed and the toilet facilities were awful. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the evening immensely.

Another great evening of music from Trinity Concert Band. We always go to their concerts and this was one of the best. I didn't much care for St Joseph's as a venue but this didn't detract from our enjoyment.
Good luck to the band in Manchester next month.

"I really enjoyed the variety of music"

I really enjoyed the variety of music, with featured soloists being given their acknowledgement by both the conductor and the audience.
The experience was slightly marred because the venue was too small for the size of band and audience. I understand that this was a last-minute choice, as the original venue was unexpectedly not available, but perhaps the organisers could bear this in mind for future concerts. That said, I'll be back again in future!

"Essential listening"

We always go to the TCB Christmas concert (and all their other concerts - as long as our daughter's playing !) It's the beginning of the Christmas season, and they're well worth a listen. Check out their YouTube channel for an idea of how good they are, and how varied their repertoire is.
