"After placing an order & making payment…"

After placing an order & making payment with tagdeal I never received any email confirmation.
For nearly a week I tried emailing & ringing but no response.
Then out of the blue I had an email saying my delivery was ready for collection by a courier with a tracking number.
I thought ok fair enough however I've tracked the package & the court has said thank you for informing us the package is no longer needed for collection when I haven't.
Still can't get in touch with tagdeal.
I can only think its just a scam avoid at all costs you have been warned.
Now taking action to recover my costs.

Avoid this company. The deals they offer appear good, but they are a completely dishonest company!
I ordered a pair of sunglasses 6 weeks ago and still no delivery. Although they took the money immediately. I have repeatedly emailed the company any they have continually lied to me about delivery dates. I have now asked them on 5 occasions to just cancel the order and return my money. They ignore the request to cancel and instead reply that the sunglasses will arrive next week, but they never do! Do yourself a favour and avoid these scammers!!!!

Ordered £125 worth of boxers as they were listed at a very good price on the website. Never delivered and communication from Tag Deal has been poor. Will never buy from here again and will be more mindful about researching where I buy products from in the future.

Received the wrong size so unfortunately had to return product which was genuine and as described. Took a few days longer to receive my refund hence only 4 stars but would definitely buy from TagDeal again.

Placed an order then changed my mind 2 days later as i was a little concerned that i had received no despatch details (it said this would be confirmed on order). I then looked up the company for reviews which we're not good so I tried to cancel the order. The phone number didn't work & the contact page email on their site also did not work. I then emailed them via gmail separately & was asked to remove my negative review & they would sort the refund. No phone call or apology. I chased for a number of days & received the refund back a week later. I paid on debit card. I would suggest paying via paypal or credit card where you have more cover & support if it goes wrong.

"Avoid even if paying slightly more"

Not received my item after 3 weeks (more than enough time). Wrong tracking number provided once item said delivered. Either a sophisticated scam or shocking business. Will never use again and will be vocal on social media to put others off.

"Sizing issues"

Ordered a xxl hilfiger polo shirt but it's way bigger than the other xxl hilfiger polo shirts I already own, I'm guessing it's an issue with e.u or u.s sizing as opposed to u.k, cost me almost £8 to return item through no fault of my own so cannot order with confidence from tagdeal again

After a good bit of time & many thought processes I thought I would write and warn people of this company. I bought a polo shirt which arrived more than 3 months late. After many emails and phone calls they agreed to compensate me with a free gift when I next used there site. I didn’t want to I be bribed into having to buy anything more so I just left it and thought I would use other sites that were less hassle. Quite a while after I got a phone call from said company asking me to put a review recommending them on Trust Pilot. Obviously I refused because of what had happened but the operator convinced me they had changed and said the gift they promised would be in the post the following week. Any way 2 weeks pass and nothing, I then get another phone call explaining I would need to do the review first. So here I am tag deal doing your review & telling people your company is a shambles and to avoid you like Covid
