"Unimpressed (unfortunately)"

Unfortunately, after my experience of using them, I cannot recommend car-team.

Even before the vehicle was collected, communication was poor.
I received no communication from them that the job was actually confirmed, and I was chasing them for information!
When they confirmed the vehicle was being collected, they advised it would be "between 0800-0900".
This time frame came & went - an update was given, saying "driver delayed on previous job - will now collect between 1100-1200".
This time frame also came & went.
Driver eventually arrived at 1245.

Driver then seemed to struggle with getting vehicle loaded.

During transport of the vehicle, we were not given any access to a "live vehicle tracker" as mentioned on their website.
To be fair, No mention was given of vehicle tracking when the quote was provided, when the job was booked, or when the vehicle was collected.
Still, it is on their website, so it should have at least been mentioned!
Maybe the vehicle tracking is at extra cost?

Vehicle was delivered quickly once it was eventually picked up, but driver seemed quite blunt when arriving - some of his first words were "I've got another pickup booked at 5, so unloading can't take long".

Well, if you'd collected when we were told you would (3½ - 4½ hours before you actually did), then getting to your next pickup wouldn't be such an issue!
And why was it so important to be at your next pickup on time, when you were late getting to our pickup in the first place?

I understand things change, and the unexpected can happen, but Overall, I'm unimpressed.
Yes the vehicle arrived, but it was much later than expected, and the service provided wasn't what is explained on their website.

Thanks to Ben from Car Team, who delivered my car all the way from Liverpool to Dunfermline. Messaged me first thing in the morning with a timeslot for my delivery, arrived exactly on time, and was very careful when unloading the car off the transporter. Super friendly and would recommend.

Ben delivered a car to me and throughout the process took care to not damage the car. There was plenty communication about what was happening and where he was also. Overall a great experience and would definitely go back to for the next time!

Excellent service from start to finish, we have used Car team on several occasions the staff are always on time and very professional. We highly recommend Car Team for all Vehicle transportation.
