I purchased it from Japan. The service was fast and the product was very good! I'm very happy because I couldn't get it in Japan! I'd like to use it again and again!

Bad experience buying at this store. I bought a dartboard almost 1 month ago and I havent received it yet, when the delivery was 4 days. Poor answer of the customer service without any convince explanation and a very passive actittude. Obviously I don't recommend.

Placed order and paid for express delivery. This means item should be received within 2 working days and be dispatched the same day if order was before 3pm (as it states on their website). On day 2 it hadn’t been shipped and after I emailed them they changed order to dispatched by creating a label for it (not actually dispatched). They then told me order will leave general within 72 hrs even though I paid extra for express shipping.

Don’t pay more for shipping. It won’t make a difference and if you want it for a specific day, check amazon and pay the extra for the order.

Would have preferred an apology rather than telling me 72 hours regardless of shipping fees… wouldn’t have left this review after 20 years of being a customer
