I was acting as the key holder for a client, to let the guys in to clear the a house, Rob and Paul, phoned 30 minutes before they arrived, which I was told they would :-) they took pictures of what was required, there was no moaning about anything, they both worked professionally and quickly. I wasn't paying the bill so I was unaware of how much it cost, but I would certainly look into using the company in the future, and I believe them when i was told that if the they would upcycle as much as possible which is great

The team that completed the clearance of my Mother’s flat were very diligent and efficient and did a good job.
The office team were ok but not necessarily very clear in the information they passed on regarding pricing. I have no complaints about the cost just the way it was explained. Also I guess I am not used to it literally within minutes of the job being completed your accounts team was requesting payment I was expecting an invoice which I could check and pay by BACS but was told I could only pay by phone and it had to be done then and an invoice would be emailed to me. No disrespect this meant you now had my money and I had no way to check if it was correct. As I said clearance team good payment side needs to allow customer to check invoice before payment.
