I had a fantastic experience with this company.
Suanu couldn't have been more helpful from the outset. He took all of the stress out of buying a new car. This was the first time I have leased a car and it won't be the last, I would recommend 'Chicane Leasing' wholeheartedly and without reservation to anyone.
I am delighted with the new car provided, it is exactly what I was looking for and Suanu worked tirelessly, listening to my requirements and keeping within my budget. Lines of communication were excellent and the whole process from start to finish was handled quickly and professionally.

"The Best Lease Company I have ever dealt with"

Cannot rate Chicane Leasing highly enough. I gave Andy & Suanu some strict instructions on what car I wanted and what I wanted to pay. They diligently searched the market and found exactly what I was looking for, and even advised me on choosing a different colour. It was by far the best deal i could find or had received from other suppliers. They also kept in touch regularly throughout the Covid-19 situation and advised on re-scheduled delivery, and provided assistance for the collection of my previous vehicle. Last week my Quantum Grey Audi A4 arrived and am extremely happy that i took Andy's advice on choosing a different colour to black..! They are the most professional, knowledgeable and customer-orientated lease company i have ever used, and would advise all users of lease cars to contact them for their next car, i certainly will be in 2 years time.

Got an amazing deal on a Peugeot 3008 back in Feb 20 and had the car delivered May 20. Suanu made the entire process straight forward and extremely easy.

I was kept up to date during the Covid Lock down and was given a priority delivery slot as soon as it became available.

"All I can say is...Wow!!"

All I can say is.... Wow!!! My new car was delayed due to Covid-19 restrictions and being a key worker myself, I needed the vehicle to get to work. Suanu and the team pulled out all stops to make sure my car was prepped, registered and delivered whilst the dealership was mostly on furlough, and the car arrived mid May. Amazing customer service, very polite professional people...I will be using them again.

Very happy with the level of service provided by Chicane. We were awaiting a late dealer contribution payment and rather than simply saying it’s not their problem, they paid me themselves and then took up the issue with the dealer. Will definitely use again.
