From the very start our booking experience was so simple, especially organized by Elizabeth who was extremely helpful & friendly. A traveller's nightmare happened on the day of travel when I lost my passport and could not travel with the rest of the group. Moya from customer service was amazing and supported me throughout my 24 hour turnaround at the passport office, speaking with Emirates to see what options were available for me to travel on another flight to dubai or another airport if I missed the first port in dubai. Fortunately, we had booked 2 days hotel before the cruise and was able to meet with my friends the morning of the cruise. I have never been so grateful and thankful that I had booked via Cruise centre and wanted to send this review as a massive thank you.
