"Expensive product that doesn't work"

It appears these patches work well for a lot of people, but it did not work for us at all. They are expensive and the refund policy states that you cannot return opened merchandise and or partially used merchandise. We only used one and still cannot return for a refund. Not good business.

Product is always great but when you have deals your website takes several attempts for the deal to be honored. I know this wasn’t just me. When my friends and I order we wait for the memorial day deal and we all were shocked that it took us so many attempts and learned there’s no combining deals either so we didn’t get 10 free. I think if you could clean up the site that would be great. I always recommend the product because it’s a 10/10 wish you would go into the menopause bizz hahaha

They smell god-awful, but these patches work pretty well - better than others I've tied at least. They're just ridiculously expensive! $3/each makes a little more sense if they were individually packaged for easier storage & transport (ie: to be carried in a handbag, glove box, suitcase for trips, samples for friends, etc), but throwing 50 in a tiny ziplock on ticker-tape requires MUCH less packaging & should be discounted to reflect that savings to the company. I have bought these a few times, and originally they were packaged individually - which was quite handy! Now I worry they lose their efficacy if I try to take one or two on a trip. Regardless, they do help with hangovers (as I'm sure that's why they smell like a bottle of vitamin b or omega-3), just put them on your lower leg instead of your shoulder and it's not as bad.

This review is for my past experience with your staff. Emails I have sent about discount codes the company sent me not working went unanswered and when I did get a response, staff ignored the info I sent and gave incorrect info. You all have terrible customer service. The only reason I still use your product is that I have yet to find one that works as well.
