Although the repair took longer than I thought due to parts taking longer to arrive the workmanship is great with no problems.
On a few occasions I was told by the receptionist that I would get a call back updating me on the progress of the work but never received the calls.

Took so long to get things moving my accident was in August and only just got car done now .took weeks of phone calls my insurance was with one call but it definitely not 1 call thanks to Cambridge garage staff for helping me after going back and forth to you and one call .

Shocking! Vehicle not collected yet, no courtesy or hire car! Can’t drive my car and I need to get to work! No updates or apologies I have to keep chasing them and they are not providing the service they advertise!! Awful
