If you like Jazz hold music you will love these guys. RSA should be ashamed of themselves for being involved with these people. I was told they would contact me, they have not, I have spent a total of three hours on hold to them and have yet to speak to anyone. 1 star is far, far higher than they deserve.

Ive spent almost 7hours on hold to this company over the space of 4 days. 2hrs 47mins the last time & still no answer!!! Got in touch with RSA, theyve emailed them AGAIN to contact me & still nothing. Only got 1 star as there isnt a no star option. This company needs to be put out of business

I am more than angry to get a text from this company to say that as I haven't contacted them, they will be referring my case back to the insurance company....I have lost count of the times I have tried to ring them...on the phone for at least 20 minutes. Each time no reply or it is answered and no one at the end of the line. I have also emailed them through their website. I do not want these people to have my custom. I do not write negative reviews - this is the exception.

Web site says they deliver "market leading claims journeys" what a joke that is. Wasted 2 hours trying to get through on the phone today and no one ever answers. Had to leave one star but it should be zero.

My review cannot say anything positive about this company! I too have spent over3 hrs over 3 days to get any response from them without success! I had to phone RSA to tell them about my experience and refused point-blank to have them even looking at my car I was told to find another garage that would carry out the repair and get back to them!!

Go through the options on the phone list for it to say "sorry there is no one in this department today" and hangs up.

Absolutely useless! They cause nothing but stress unhelpful, calls not responded to, staff rude and unhelpful. Took them 7 months to get my vehicle repaired for it to be returned unroadworthy - they did not give a damn… Perhaps they need to read their own mission statement. Complaints team are no better! Go to ombudsman services! As like RSA they will ignore you until you go away..
