Extremely quick and easy, sent off for it on Monday, recieved Tuesday and had the results by Thursday!

Sounds cliché but genuinely impressed with the service. Received kit within next day of ordering and it came in discreet packaging. Sent test back out that same day (Saturday) and received my results by Wednesday. Really would recommend as I was too scared to go to the doctors!

Except for the blood sample, the test kit and general service are 5 stars.

However, as one other reviewer noted, harvesting enough blood is very difficult with the equipment and instructions provided. I ended up having to throw the blood sample away as there were not enough of the finger pricking devices in the kit.

Another small point, I found the layout of the instruction leaflet very odd. Appreciate that the info has been fitted into a single sheet, but think this could be improved as the layout makes you have to read it a few times before you understand fully.

This has to be the best service out there, sexual health is often ignored by older people like myself who think it would t happen to them, this makes it so easy, a test kit to the privacy of your own home and a extremely quick turn around on the results, if all our tax money was put to such good use we would be a much healthier nation

Fantastic service and kit. Easy with clear instructions and fast, efficient service. It is very difficult to get enough blood, took me about 40 mins but persevere. Would recommend to all.
