Templates are easy to edit & the AI content was helpful & easy to customise. I use Open Office & not MS Office, so the formatting was a bit off when opening the doc file.

There is a pretty good variety of templates, and it was easy enough to get the information populated in each field.

Most of the template options were easy to use, but I couldn't figure out how to change or delete the profile picture that is included in a lot of them.

Also, once downloaded, it can be tricky to modify your resume from the word file.
