I would avoid if possible unless you are desperate(but even so there are so many better options than this company). First off customer support is non existent. We needed to reach their team on two separate occasions and no one gets back to you. After multiple attempts someone reaches out but no on ever resolved the issue. At the end of the day they are no different than any merchant advance company/loan shark with insanely high interest rates. Their portal is an absolute joke to use as well so good luck with that. They have had multiple rounds of layoffs during our relationship and it goes down hill each time. We will never work with them again. I know of two startup owners that used clear and switched over to pipe capital. They say day and night difference.

I have used Clearco in the past and went back to using the platform again recently and have always had good service. I like how it does not take a lot of time to get a answer. When you are a busy entrepreneur a fast no is just as important as a fast yes. The costs are not cheap but not predatory so Clearco has saved me from tight cash flow situations many times.

"Terrible service and operations"
Sales team was great, Ops team was terrible. They pulled funds far faster than the contract stated thereby increasing the effective interest rate significantly and then could never resolve these issues. Just terrible, we wasted so much time on our side and their service was horrible after contract was sign and ACH was set up. Totally screwed us and then went dark. We had to finally turn off the ACH ourselves, leaving a small balance and then Clearco went dark and never communicated. A year later we get hit up by a collections agent with zero communications or account statements from Clearco. What a joke.

Everything was finished in 2 days, if you are searching for a funding option, stop searching and choose Clearco, they are the best service out there.

"Not a good company to work with! Wasted so much time!"
Our experience with our invoicing partner started off well with a successful first round of funding. However, things took a turn for the worse during the second round.
Upon receiving approval, we were eager to finalize the process via DocuSign. Unfortunately, technical issues prevented us from accessing the platform to sign the required documents. We immediately reached out to them for support, and what followed was a three-week long ordeal.
Every day, we had to follow up and request updates, with promises that the issue would be fixed, and payments to our vendors would go through. However, despite their assurances, the problem persisted. It was frustrating and left us in an uncomfortable position with our vendors, who were waiting for their payments.
After multiple follow-ups, the disappointing response we received was that they could not complete the funding due to "payment/solvency concerns." This reasoning was complete BS, as our previous funding experience with them had been seamless, with no issues from our end.
The most disappointing part was that they made us look bad in front of our vendors, affecting our professional reputation. What's worse is that they seemed less than truthful in their communication with us.
At this point, the funding itself became a secondary concern as we have other reliable sources. However, the lack of transparency and the way this situation was handled by our invoicing partner left us extremely disappointed.
Regrettably, we cannot recommend their services based on this experience, and we'll be looking for more trustworthy partners moving forward. We will update this review if things improve.

Haven’t used them for 3 years (and that wasn’t a great experience in itself) but have now been pestered by a debt collection agency over £17.41. Have finally just had a response from Clearco that this is some sort of error and they have told the debt collectors such. Absolute 🤡🤡

"Holding returned funds after having paid off funding and fees."
Used clearco for business funding and paid them back every penny plus their very high fees. I had a refund go back to the clearco card months after having paid everything off with them. Now it shows I have thousands in a balance with them but they are not allowing me access to those funds. I keep getting the run around about a solution. They are sent the issue to several department and now the IT department is trying to “fix” the card with no timeline provided (I asked specifically) for the fix. So I’m the meantime I guess they can just withhold thousands of dollars of my funds from me as long as they wish. If I don’t get a solution within a few days I will consult a lawyer. Terribly unprofessional. Nothing works as it should and this is just the latest example.
