"Brilliant, Fast, Cheap"

I saw this company online when searching for an LRS solution for my flat rooves and they have been brilliant. They appear to act as a middleman for supplying stuff to anyone who needs it, cutting out the gatekeeper companies that only sell to trade.

It was a very good choice!

All products were well sourced and very reasonably priced (the trade benefit!), and the majority of items on my list were delivered without issue.

We did have issues with two items on the list. One was simply missed by a third party delivery guy, but then delivered next day. The second, however, I don't know what happened to it, but we suddenly got a notification the day after it was supposed to be delivered and arrived then, instead.

In all cases, Matt B. from the customer services team hounded the companies until they got it sorted. TOP CHAP!

Ordered on the 10th of August, all arrived by 20th of August, 2024.

All in all, excellent service. Thank-you all, especially Matt. :-)

The service was very good and the quality of the coping stones was really lovely. We didn't get the 5%discount code as we didn't spend enough but they gave us 10 pounds off as a gesture which was nice. Amber the delivery driver was very nice . I would definitely recommend this company
