After buying a new BMW and collecting it sooner than planned, I was filled with anxiety at the idea of someone stealing it by remotely cloning the key. I already knew I wanted a ghost alarm and just happened to come across trackershop. After seeing the reviews it seemed like a no brainier.

I placed my order on a Thursday morning, received a booking call from Liam 25 minutes later and had the installation booked for the next day.

The engineer was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He called me half an hour before he was due to arrive and gave me all the info I needed post install. The ghost alarm worked perfectly!

I received a follow up call after to make sure everything was to my pleasing.

It's rare to receive such a good service from any company nowadays, let alone a service as perfect as this. I absolutely won't hesitate to use these guys again.
