"Having not heard from them for 2 years…"

Having not heard from them for 2 years I was concerned. I found a phone number that worked in another review, I called them and was greeted by the "select number for service required system" and got through almost immediately to an advisor. he knew what he was doing, he quickly accessed my details, and dealt with my query quickly and efficiently. My mind is now at rest.

I have been looking for a phone number for this company, but when I type in their details a big red warning sign pops up saying " Your connection is not private". So I'm reluctant to go any further. I need to talk to someone !

Offered a probate protection policy which I subsequently researched and found uncompetitive and unsuitable.

Decided to go for th £20 will.
The company's agent kept finding reasons to charge more and offered unsuitable mechanisms.

Watch out for this company. It will try to suck you in and then uplift what was ostensibly a loss leader offer.

I have decided to move away from this organisation who's practices i consider are on the margins of customer service and will writing practise.
