"I was very disappointed in the quality…"

I was very disappointed in the quality of the brown band I bought, no texture, very thin and just looks cheap. The green band was similar, very thin, can't hold a decent size watch. I did like the color and texture of the green band, just way to thin. For over $300., not worth it. I would like to know if you have a RETURN POLICY. Thanks Steve
