Royal Mail messed up the delivery on my last order but the person I emailed at Simply Cigars replied within 20 mins and sorted the issue for me within the space of an hour. I order my cigars here regularly and there's never a problem, it's my go to cigar shop now. Products always arrive in good condition and are good quality too. If there's a cigar that you've ordered and it's out of stock they make suitable substitutions to make up for it. Delivery is good too, never had a bad experience yet.
