"Enigma Challenge"

New Wave ran us their Enigma Challenge for 50 people at our recent Managers Meeting

Their team running it were excellent, set up and take down was very quick and hassle free and between them they brought real atmosphere to the session.

Everyone had a great time and in fact several colleagues came up to me afterwards and said that prior to the event they were thinking what a waste of time it was going to be, but absolutely loved it....if you can make a crowd feel like that, then you're on to a winner.

Based on this and my experience with Rhian organising the event, we'll be using New Wave again.

"Gympanzees Dragon Boat Race"

We took on New Wave Events to hold our first charity Dragon Boat Race in September. From the very beginning the communication was excellent, the team kept us up to date from booking through to the day of the event. The event was brilliantly coordinated. Staff were all super approachable and professional and a great day was had by all. We are very much looking forward to working with New Wave Events again next year. A special mention to Rhian for her excellent Customer Service throughout!

The race and support from the crew were great. What I disliked was the timing; waiting 2 hours for another race was too much, as was the queue for meals. I think there were too many people participating that day, and the venue wasn't really prepared for that. Also, the female toilet was blocked, and we had to use the ones located in the gym center.

Alicja and the team from NewWave were exceptional every step of the way. From helping us select the perfect events to setting everything up on site, their support was invaluable. The participants thoroughly enjoyed the team-building exercise (Qube) and had an incredible experience. The Scalextric races were also a huge hit, impeccably organized and hosted. We would definitely hire them again!
