"Excellent Choice, A Pleasure"

I found their website while searching for items for my Wildtrack. They have by far the biggest range I could see. I saw a Tonneau cover which no one else does, at the time of looking they did not have as it was a new product coming, but the site had a text when in stock feature which I found to be a neat feature. Two weeks later my text duly came and I booked in a date for fitting.
I arrived at a very large ,clean and modern building and was warmly welcomed , shown to a seating area with free coffee , no waiting around they got straight onto fitting my cover . Thirty minutes later it was all done , the fitter showed me around it , how it works . All in in all it was a pleasure from start to finish.

Looked on the internet for my all terrain tyre replacement for my Toyota Hilux 2010, then came across 4x4at.com tyre specialists for 4x4's. They had the correct size tyres and a top quality tread pattern for my vehicle, which they had plenty in stock. I rang their sales department and the very helpful saleman went through options of tyres types and most of all the correct replacement all terrain tyre i needed. I then ordered these tyres and the delivery turned up next day - fantastic service. Will recommend this company to anyone requiring replacement 4x4 tyres. keep up the good work.

"Dangerous goods, despicable service"

After trying to pay via Paypal for an EBay item (4 tyres), they told me I must pay cash, as I'd already offered to collect by van. The tyres I actually received were advertised as NEW, but were covered in white tyre sealant. And when paying to have them fitted elsewhere, was told by the independent fitter, that he would NOT under any circumstance fit these tyres, as one of them was nearly 13 years old! 3 others were only slightly newer. The rubber was also so firm, it would also be impossible anyhow!

When i called the supplier back, they were not bothered or surprised that this set of mismatched tyres were upto 13 years old! I drove the tyres back to them (300 mile round trip) and after TWO hours of them fiddling with my wheels, they said they couldn't fit them, as the rubber was too firm, despite dismissing the independent fitter's opinions, a few days earlier.

I then had to pay money for another set of tyres, a different size to those i requested. A cheap quality, generic tyre that i wouldn't normally have considered buying, but had to do so, as the situation called for!

Will never do business with these people again. They have a fancy showroom and fancy website, but despicable customer service. I also felt it my duty, to inform trading standards of how they ripped me off with the dangerous rubber, which could have ultimately killed me or my family!

Really good site, easy ordering, secure payment with Sage and 3D secure, the tyres came the very next day, got a confirmation of despach email within 2 hours of ordering them! Fastest I've ever had.
Highly recommend, 1st rate.
